As a Customer Care Specialist at Medical Mutual, your responsibilities will include:

  3. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
  4. Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  5. Utilizing various computer systems to access customer information and input data accurately.
  6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and striving to exceed performance metrics.
