National Fitness Partners is hiring a Cleaner to help transform lives by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming clubs for our members. You will follow a daily cleaning checklist, sanitize equipment and facilities, and support a positive member experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers starting at $15 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter; benefits include PTO and health options as part of a growing company.

Cleaner Responsibilities

As a member of our staff, the Cleaner plays a significant role in helping to transform the lives of club members by providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Thoroughly complete cleaning checklist daily to ensure all tasks are completed. This includes:
  • cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floor
  • cleaning and sanitizing the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker area
  • properly dispose of trash stock all supplies around club and in locker rooms
  • report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager
