Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN for a Certified SCHOOL NURSE case

Position Highlights:

• RN hourly rate range - $47/hr
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:45a-2:30p (30 hrs/week)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled nursing care following Physicians' Orders, Medication profiles/sheets.
• Documenting daily clinical notes and progress updates in the patient's clinical record.
• Communicating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate patient care.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• RN with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience in Home Healthcare preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, with ability to adhere to Company/State/Regulatory requirements.
