Job Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, equipment, and supplies at shift start, and comply with PPE requirements.
2. Oversee and document all incoming goods, orchestrate unloading, and supervise distribution to storage or departments.
3. Maintain a clean and organized receiving dock area.
4. Move pallets with a pallet jack and place pallets into racking with a hi-lift.
5. Oversee return goods loading and manage unloading, billing, and organization of received goods.
6. Use a pallet jack to move pallets and keep the receiving area functional.
7. Oversee pallet breakdown and department U-boat loading.
8. Input, verify, and authenticate data in the store computer system.
9. Ensure incoming numbers match ordered items.
10. Transport materials to elevated racking with a hi-lift truck.
11. Manage UPS shipments and operate the compactor and bailer.
12. Assemble displays as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Effective communication and understanding of company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• First Aid and CPR training preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV physical activity: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Training

• Understanding company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
