Responsibilities

• Monitor resident well-being and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with vital signs, weights, intake/output tracking, and other basic clinical tasks.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and records.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment for residents and colleagues.
