Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing on the SC Nurse Aide Registry.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Resident-centered, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support meal service, feeding, and hydration needs.
• Promote mobility, independence, and restorative care activities.
• Monitor well-being and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with vital signs, weights, intake/output tracking, and basic clinical tasks.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and records.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
