Job description

Accounting Assistant / Collections / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive pay + bonuses / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO

As a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist at Red River Software, your responsibilities will include:

1. Setting up new contracts within our ERP system and third-party online billing software.
2. Preparing customer SaaS and maintenance renewal quotes accurately and promptly, in accordance with contract requirements.
3. Creating and transmitting customer billings for hardware, installations, and SaaS and maintenance services (monthly and annual).
4. Serving as a point of contact for customers to resolve billing questions.
5. Processing cash receipts and check deposits.
6. Preparing weekly and monthly aging reports and collections.
