Job description

Position: Accounting Assistant / Collections (Remote)

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Competitive pay + bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up new contracts within our ERP system and third-party online billing software.
2. Prepare customer SaaS and maintenance renewal quotes promptly and accurately, in accordance with contract requirements.
3. Create and transmit customer billings for hardware, installations, and monthly/annual SaaS and maintenance.
4. Serve as a point of contact for customers and resolve billing questions.
5. Process cash receipts and check deposits.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports and collections.
