Job summary

Monte Nido Walden in Dedham, MA is seeking an Adult Therapist to provide direct patient care under supervision. This full-time role involves clinical therapy, psychosocial assessments, and participation in treatment planning for adults (with potential adolescent cases). The position supports crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration within the Walden continuum.

Pay ranges from $67,000 to $110,000 depending on education, license, and experience. Onsite work is indicated (#LI-ONSITE).

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in mental health settings, preferably eating disorders.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Independent license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical therapy and case management.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning for an average of 6-7 patients.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct crisis intervention and liaison services.
• Complete documentation timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and Walden continuum.
• Support virtual care and telehealth as needed.
