Job summary

ISMIRA Agency is recruiting for a Suite Attendant aboard Four Seasons Yachts, with the ship launching in January 2026. The role centers on delivering consistent in-suite service and guest satisfaction on a luxury cruise yacht.

Candidates must have cruise ship experience, be 21+ years old, hold a high school diploma or higher, and have at least three years in luxury hotel or onboard cruise line suites. Willingness to live aboard and travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Cruise ship experience mandatory.
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed.
• Minimum High school diploma or higher. Equivalent combination of education and shipboard experience.
• Minimum of three years related experience as suite attendant in luxury hotels and/or onboard cruise line.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
• Possess ability to make decisions.
• Good administrative skills.
• Must be cost and quality conscious.
• Work with international team members.
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of guest staterooms and suites in the assigned section.
• Provide personal assistance to guests and aim to exceed expectations.
• Be friendly and helpful to all guests in assigned section and other areas.
• Greet guests boarding in assigned suites during embarkation period.
• Explain features of cabins (TV/DVD/INET, minibar, safe, room service, laundry).
• Handle all linen for daily operation.
• Use chemicals safely and cost-effectively.
• Take care of necessary exchanges in ship laundry.
• Attend guest laundry requests.
• Strip and re-cover beds per schedule and standards.
• Restock Mini-Bars and beverages.
• Replenish glasses, stationery, ice and amenities.
• Report and follow up on defective equipment, fixtures and supplies.
• Cooperate with the Guest Experience Ambassador to create a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure cleanliness with House Attendants.
• Report deficiencies to Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle equipment safely (vacuum, suite attendant cart).
• Etc.

Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

The primary responsibility of the Suite Attendant is to ensure guest satisfaction through the delivery of a quality and consistent in-suite/stateroom service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Restock the Mini-Bars, complimentary soft drinks, water.
• Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, stationary, ice and all other amenities.
• Report and follow up all defective equipment, fixtures and supplies.
• Cooperate with the Guest Experience Ambassador to create a positive atmosphere for the guests.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the staterooms, by working with the House Attendants
• Report any deficiencies to the Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle all equipment in assigned section safely (vacuum cleaner, suite attendant cart, etc.)
• ETC.
