ISMIRA Agency is recruiting for a House Attendant on the Four Seasons Yachts. The role supports the Suite Attendant in keeping guest suites impeccably clean and organized aboard the yacht. It offers flights, meals, accommodations, and a structured promotion path.

The position requires cruise ship experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a luxury, international team aboard a world-class vessel. Candidates should be prepared for extended voyages.

Qualifications

• Cruise ship experience mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Minimum High School education or higher.
• 3+ years in room division in luxury hotels or onboard luxury cruise lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest suites in assigned section in collaboration with Suite Attendant.
• Assist with cleaning tasks, manage housekeeping pantry cleanliness and inventory, and report work orders.
• Stock linen on each floor and transport to laundry/drop-off locations; carry fresh linen to pantries.
• Manage guest corridors by vacuuming and tidying; ensure proper waste disposal and familiarity with onboard garbage system.
• Vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms; clean walls, ceilings, windows, drapes, upholstery.
• Assist guests with embarkation/disembarkation and support with luggage handling.
• Adhere to USPH Sanitation Standards and company policies on grooming and uniforms.

Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

The primary responsibility of the House Attendant is to assist the Suite Attendant in maintaining the
cleanliness of all guest suites/staterooms in an assigned section.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work in conjunction with the Suite Attendant.
• Assist with various cleaning tasks. Including:
• Responsibility of housekeeping pantry in assigned section for cleanliness, inventory management, and reporting work orders.
• Stock linen on each floor including bringing all soiled linen to designated laundry drop off location and carrying fresh linen to pantries for easy access.
• Manage guest corridors by vacuuming, tidying and overall maintenance as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the garbage processing area.
• Possess familiarity with the onboard garbage separation system.
• Vacuum, sweep and/or scrub floors, clean showers, tubs, sinks and toilet bowls.
• Help with the cleaning of walls, ceiling, outside veranda, windows, draperies and upholstery.
• Assist guests with luggage during embarkation and disembarkation.
• Possess knowledge of USPH Sanitation Standards, and Rules and Regulations.
• Ensure that personal grooming, appearance, hygiene and uniform are in accordance with company policy.
• Communicate effectively and speak clearly to guests.
• Inform supervisor promptly of all relevant matters.
• Assist with loading or provisions when required.
• Attend any stand-by for USPH purposes.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• ETC.

REQUIREMENTS

• Cruise ship experience mandatory
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed
• Minimum High School education or higher. Equivalent combination of education and shipboard experience
• Minimum of three years related experience in room division in luxury hotels and/or onboard luxury cruise line
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must
• Possess ability to make decisions
• Good administrative skills
• Must be cost and quality conscious
• Adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it
• Work with international team members
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.
