Qualifications

• An associate degree in social work, human services, public administration, business administration, or related field.
• Two or more years of related experience in case management, social services, resident services, public or assisted housing, workforce development, financial coaching, or homeownership support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and/or training providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers an assigned caseload of Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) participants under the Program Supervisor.
• Provides secondary support to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Homeownership Program.
• Assists residents toward economic self-sufficiency and homeownership readiness through planning, referrals, and documentation support.
• Ensures compliance with HUD regulations, CMHA policies, and program requirements for FSS and HCV Homeownership activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
