Job summary

Signature Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate for our Downingtown, PA market. You will travel within your local route to service stores like The Home Depot and Lowe's, merchandising products, building displays, and performing planogram audits.

Training is provided, and a flexible, independent schedule supports 25–30 hours per week. The role emphasizes independent work, reliability, and thorough store coverage with occasional travel across the territory.

• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.

Part- Time Merchandising Associate

Join the Signature Retail Services team as a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Downingtown, PA market! As a Route Merchandising Associate (FSR), you'll work independently while traveling throughout your local route to service home improvement stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's. You'll merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, complete in-store surveys and audits, and support seasonal reset needs.

This position offers approximately 25- 30 hours per week, with a starting pay range of $17.00- $19.00 per hour. No experience is necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success on day one.If you're dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and take pride in your work, we'd like to speak with you!

Your Territory

This position services store locations in Downingtown, Exton, Frazer, Parkesburg, PA. Regular travel to assigned stores within the route is essential for this role.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the listed territory.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - we offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates.
• This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products. You'll also regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
