Job summary

Signature Retail Services is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Arlington, TX market. You will independently travel to and service Home Improvement stores, merchandising and building displays, and executing planograms.

This role offers a flexible schedule of 12-15 hours per week with starting pay of $16.00- $19.00 per hour and paid training. Regular travel to stores within Arlington, Mansfield, Dallas, Irving, Corsicana, and Fort Worth is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid Driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and service Big-Box Home Improvement stores within the assigned territory.
• Merchandise products and build displays while ensuring planograms compliance.
• Install price labels and POP materials in stores.
• Keep shelves stocked and products customer-ready.
• Collaborate with store staff to check inventory and place orders as needed.

Part- Time Route Merchandising Associate

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Arlington, TX market! This role offers the flexible schedule of approximately 12-15hours per week and a starting pay rate of $16.00- $19.00 per hour. No experience necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success on our team.

As a SRS Route Merchandising Associate, you'll independently travel to and service Big-Box Home Improvement stores, such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to merchandise, build displays, execute planograms, complete in-store survey audits, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. Your Territory

This position regularly services store locations throughout Arlington, Mansfield, Dallas, Irving, Corsicana, Fort Worth, TX. Regular travel to all assigned stores within the route is essential for this role.

What You'll Do

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid Driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - we offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates.
• This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products. You'll also regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
