Job summary

Cargill in Camp Hill, PA seeks a Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Technician II to support USDA-FSIS compliance and product inspections. You will work with production operations and inspectors to prepare products for inspection, monitor safety and quality processes, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor USDA-FSIS regulatory activities and plant compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare carcasses and product components for inspection with approved tools and communicate with USDA-FSIS inspectors.
• Perform food safety and quality monitoring throughout production to ensure compliance.
• Document inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions accurately.
• Work in fast-paced production settings with PPE and physical tasks.
