Job summary

ILLES Foods seeks a FSQR Lab Technician to inspect, test, and approve finished goods and raw materials under FSQA guidance. You will conduct line checks, collect data, and maintain records while upholding GMP and food safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

The role reports to the FSQR Manager and requires 2 years in an industrial lab or QA in food manufacturing, with a degree in a related field, and flexibility to work M-F 7am-5pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in an industrial laboratory preferred.
• GMPs and FSQA knowledge are expected.
• Proficient with MS Office and QA/FSQA systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to changing testing needs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analytical tests applicable to each product.
• Performs calibration on equipment as required.
• Collects samples and conducts environmental testing.
• Prepares samples for shipment to third-party labs.
• Performs pre-operational inspections and line checks.
• Maintains lab supplies and supports FSQA/production teams.
