Job summary

Cargill in Dodge City, KS hires for a 2nd shift FSQR support role within its protein and salt business, focusing on safety, quality, and compliance.

You will perform pre-operational inspections, audit processes for specifications, sample products, and assist production as a specification resource while following HACCP and FSQR SOPs, with a strong emphasis on teamwork in a cold environment. This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Ability to handle meat products
• Ability to work flexible hours (come in early, stay late and work Saturdays/Sundays as needed)
• Must read, speak and write in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Work history in the past 12 months
• Previous FSQR experience or Supervisor Experience
