Qualifications

• 6 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all personnel.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Food Safety and HACCP procedures to ensure product safety and quality.
• Follow program procedures, verify processes, and document activities.
• Complete reports and support corrective actions as directed by FSQA leadership.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed; maintain good attendance.
