Job summary

Universal Pure, LLC is seeking a FSQA technician to guide production personnel on food safety practices and ensure customer concerns are handled professionally. The role covers daily GMP compliance, HACCP alignment, and collaboration with QA leadership to drive continuous improvement on safety systems.

Two full-time overnight positions exist on the 4th shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide daily monitoring to ensure GMP compliance and HACCP alignment.
Train facility personnel on GMPs, risk preventive controls, hazard analysis, and prerequisite programs.
Perform pre-operational inspections and collect/analyze product samples as needed.
Document analytical results and report out-of-spec findings to QA supervisor.
Maintain records and report data trends; support third-party audits.
Assist in investigating non-conformance and supporting corrective actions.
