Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication; interacts with USDA and other contacts.
• Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency in completing Tyson paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems to ensure standards are met.
• Document & Report: Accurately document inspection results and report findings to management.
• Take Action: Proactively take corrective actions by alerting personnel and identifying/non-conforming products for isolation.
• Collaborate: Work with team and management to ensure continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Additional Assignments: Be prepared to take on other tasks to support operations.
