Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Quality Assurance & Food Safety team member in Cold Spring, MN. The role focuses on conducting inspections and verifications to uphold product quality and safety standards. You will document results and follow strict plant procedures while supporting a collaborative work environment.

Candidates must operate testing equipment, use a computer for routine data tasks, and work in a cold setting. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+ and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Operate testing equipment relevant to quality assurance and safety.
• Capable of basic computer tasks including email, data entry, and spreadsheets.
• Able to work in a cold environment.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Responsibilities

• Perform food safety inspections and quality verifications.

What you’ll need :

• Ability to understand and operate testing equipment
• Ability to use computer for things such as email routine data base activities, spreadsheets and graphics

• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (Prove it test)
