Responsabilités

• Monitor process and perform routine QA checks; record, print, interface with line supervision and production workforce on production and quality procedures.
• Maintain process and quality documentation; conduct internal audits with management participation.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspection in the assigned area.
• Maintain current operation instructions and quality control procedures; update as new information is given; provide floor input.
• Enforce USDA regulations; hold non-conforming product and decide disposition including release.
