Actalent is seeking an FSQA Supervisor in Cypress, CA to oversee SQF audits, support QA Technicians, and review end‑of‑day quality documentation in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, HAACCP and PCQI certifications, and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.

It is a fully onsite contract position with a pay range of $50.00–$55.00 per hour and opportunities to improve compliance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HACCP, food safety, quality assurance, and audit processes.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations and food quality standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences required.
• Certifications: HAACCP and PCQI.
• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day QA activities for SQF audits.
• Serve as the escalation point for QA Technicians before issues reach the Quality Manager.
• Review and sign off on end-of-day quality documentation, including PCQI reports and documents.
• Conduct GMP audits and identify deficiencies.
• Support food safety and quality compliance activities.
• Help manage GMP deviations, product holds, foreign material concerns, labeling issues, documentation questions, and food safety deviations.
