our client in Bear Creek, WI, seeks a hands-on FSQA Site Manager to own all food safety and quality programs at the facility. This working management role directly supervises the FSQA and Sanitation teams and partners with production and operations to safeguard product safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage lab equipment, conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SOPs, and training documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of quality management experience in food manufacturing.
• Proficient in HACCP, GMP, SOPs, and sanitation protocols.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and detail orientation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain food safety programs ensuring HACCP/GMP compliance.
• Provide leadership to FSQA and Sanitation teams.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate and verify laboratory equipment; monitor product specs.
• Lead internal and external audits and support certification efforts.
• Collaborate with production to address quality and efficiency issues.
• Report to Corporate FSQA leadership on complex quality challenges.
