Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a highly organized Documentation Specialist to manage and maintain specifications for finished goods across multiple locations. You’ll oversee change control and lifecycle activities while ensuring accurate formulations and labeling data.

You will collaborate with project management, packaging, and product development teams to keep documentation prioritized and up-to-date. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in QA/docs in CPG are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Food Science or related field preferred; on-the-job database experience valued.
• 2–4 years in a Quality Assurance or Documentation role within the CPG industry preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, revise, and control specifications for finished goods across multiple co-manufacturing locations.
• Ensure specifications reflect approved formulations, processes, and labeling content; maintain supplier and co-man facility data.
• Manage specification lifecycle activities including change control and archival.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate document prioritization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Support the Quality Assurance team across a broad range of functions.
