Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Program Compliance Supervisor to strengthen food safety and quality across our Rockingham operations. You will lead audits, ensure compliance with major certification programs, and partner with plant teams to drive continuous improvement and accurate recordkeeping.

You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting audits, preparing reports, and implementing corrective actions with clear ownership while supporting FSQA leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other web-based software applications.
• HACCP certification and/or Internal Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in-plant audits of facility compliance with Perdue FSQA policies.
• Assure that all certification programs (BRC, Process Verified, Organic, Gluten Free, GAP, etc.) are audited at the plant level to meet certification requirements.
• Generate audit result reports with deficiencies and present to plant operations and FSQA managers; obtain corrective action plans with assigned owners and dates.
• Update HACCP plans after re-assessments in coordination with the FSQA Manager.
• Utilize auditing software for audit instruments, corrective action reporting, and development of new audit instruments.
• Fill in for FSQA supervisors and manager when they are absent.
