Perdue Foods is pursuing an Internal QA/Food Safety Auditor in Concord, NC to strengthen food safety and quality across Breeders, Hatcheries, Feed Mills, and Grow Out operations. You will support audits, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on process verification and biosecurity.

You will interact with internal teams and external USDA/third-party auditors, provide training, and help ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and related standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience.
• Experience with USDA Salmonella Regulations and compliance audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Update food safety and quality standards based on audit results and risk assessments, incorporating feedback from management and veterinarians.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external auditors (USDA and third-party) with timely responses to inquiries and non-conformances.
• Analyze data and recommend continuous improvements to Process Verified Programs and Biosecurity BMPs.
• Design and deliver ongoing training programs for associates on live production food safety and quality.
• Travel to other Perdue facilities as needed.
