Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a Vendor Compliance Analyst to support day-to-day vendor compliance and FSQ oversight activities. The role monitors the QMS portal, triages items for follow-up, and ensures documentation workflows are timely and accurate.

Responsibilities include assisting with trend analysis, cross-functional collaboration for root-cause analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement of the audit program, while maintaining high service levels for internal partners and external

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a Food Science or related discipline is preferred.
Must have 2–3 years of progressive work experience in an FDA and/or USDA regulated environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and triage vendor compliance and FSQ issues in the QMS portal.
Review and approve documents per requirements; assist with trend analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement improvements.
Support audits, AQL inspections, and supplier follow-up.
Maintain timely documentation workflows and communicate with suppliers and internal partners.
