Job summary

Link Snacks in Perry, GA is seeking an FSQ Supervisor to lead a team of auditors and technicians ensuring food safety and quality per SQF at our USDA-inspected meat snacks facility.

This role supports the FSQ Manager, coaches staff, maintains HACCP-based programs, and helps meet regulatory and customer quality requirements. Shift: 2nd shift 3:30 PM–3:30 AM; HS diploma required with 2+ years in food safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in food safety and quality assurance in food processing.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s in a related field and supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises FSQ Auditors and Technicians on food safety and quality.
• Coach and support team, verify processing records, and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead trainings, monitor QA procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
• Report data trends and address issues on the production floor.
• Staffing, interviewing, and collaborating across departments.
