CTI Foods, LLC, a leading food manufacturer in the United States, seeks an FSQ Lead to assist the FSQ Team alongside the shift supervisor. You will help troubleshoot daily issues, train technicians, and ensure in-process and finished products meet quality specifications.

The role requires familiarity with line processes, and you will generate daily shift recap reports, participate in internal audits, and support customer audits. A strong focus on food safety and teamwork is essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Read, write, and communicate as needed.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with HACCP, PCQI, and GFSI standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all non-conforming products are held until disposition is determined.
• Release items on pending pre-shipment hold after documentation and specs are verified.
• Perform HACCP verification activities and SSOP monitoring.
• Lead and train FSQ technicians; cover line during absences.
• Support internal audits, traceability, mock recalls, and supplier audits.
• Provide technical assistance to operations on deviation reports and specs.
• Coordinate crew scheduling and production changes.
• Submit detailed shift recap reports to management.
