Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of FSP Data Management leadership experience in a CRO setting.
• Minimum 3 years of line management experience.
• Direct experience with FSP Program Leadership in Data Management.
• Experience with FSP resourcing projections, billing and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial aspects of the FSP program, including budget planning, resource allocation, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Advise and provide strategic direction to the FSP management team on margin improvement opportunities at the program level.
• Oversee development and management of a workforce infrastructure supporting FSP Programs.
• Lead strategic initiatives to establish FSP as a core service offering across multiple functional areas.
• Develop standardized reporting mechanisms to track FSP performance across programs.
