The role demands 10+ years in CRO/FSP settings, strong leadership, and a track record of growing accounts while maximizing profitability. Remote-friendly with global teams and a focus on patient-centric research.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in CROs/pharma/healthcare research
• Experience managing large, matrixed teams across geographies
• Proven ability to develop and motivate teams and manage budgets
• Experience with strategic customer relationships at executive levels
• Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field

Responsibilities

• Strategize and oversee account-level operational delivery with resource planning and quality control
• Drive financial performance, budgets, costs, and revenue opportunities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and sustain productivity
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure data-driven decision-making
• Serve as primary contact for the FSP customer with governance meetings
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing FSP accounts
