Responsibilities

• Monitor fluid levels and temperatures in blanchers, dryers, and fryers.
• Adjust process settings and monitor oil systems.
• Perform titrations for free fatty acids test of the oil.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices in the work area.
• Record measurements and complete required paperwork.
