Lamb Weston is seeking a diligent Operator Fryer to monitor fryer systems in Boardman, OR. This role focuses on maintaining fluid levels, temperatures, and proper flow through fryers, ensuring product quality and safety.

You will monitor additives, oil filtration, and color while adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred, with attention to detail and teamwork being essential.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands simple instructions, memos in English.
• Performs basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Applies common sense to follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fluid levels and temperatures in blanchers, dryers, and fryers.
• Adjust process settings as required to maintain quality.
• Fill and monitor tanks for additives and oils.
• Operate and start/stop equipment as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work practices in the area.
• Record data and fill out required paperwork.
• Communicate issues to line personnel.
• Support safety programs and follow all rules.
