Qualifications

• Expérience préalable en tant qu'opérateur de machine, de préférence dans la production alimentaire.
• Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 lbs et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
• Familiarité avec les interfaces à écran tactile.

Responsibilities

• Opérer et surveiller les machines d'emballage pour assurer un emballage cohérent.

Pay: Starting at $21.90/hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-HireA well-established food production facility in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking an experienced Bagger Machine Operator to join their 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operating experience, preferably in food manufacturing, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust bagging machines to ensure consistent packaging of snack food products.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform basic maintenance, and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor packaging quality and weight accuracy according to product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Accurately complete production logs and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in food or packaging production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating touch-screen interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently on 3rd shift.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
