Join the Filta Team - Bridgeview, IL

Do you enjoy working with your hands and providing excellent customer service? Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions is seeking motivated and reliable Fryer Service Technicians to join our growing team in Bridgeview, IL. Full-time and part-time positions available, with afternoon or overnight shifts.

What You'll Do:

1. Clean and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, specializing in deep fryers.
2. Operate a state-of-the-art mobile filtration unit to efficiently clean and restore fryer performance.
3. Drain and dispose of waste cooking oil responsibly and safely.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to restaurant owners and managers.
5. Work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
6. Utilize a user-friendly mobile app to track service records and communicate with the office.
7. Drive safely and maintain a clean and organized service van.
8. Follow assigned routes ensuring all appointments are completed on time.
9. Be knowledgeable about all Filta service lines, including kitchen drain foaming, cooler moisture management, and kitchen equipment deep cleaning.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 75 lbs.
3. Ability to work in varying temperatures (may experience hot and cold environments).
4. Comfortable with and ability to use a smartphone and apps.
5. Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
6. Comfortable interacting with important customers and clients both in person and on the phone.

Experience:

1. Experience driving a cargo van-sized vehicle preferred (not required).
2. Commercial kitchen experience preferred (not required).

Benefits:

Starting Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour
