Responsibilities

• Sets up batter table and prepares batter mix
• Ensures call sheets are complete, posted and used
• Checks equipment and reports malfunctions to Manager in Charge
• Charges fryer, balances shortening to maintain proper level
• Filters and cleans fryers per safety guidelines
• Pans sufficient chicken for operational needs
• Prepares and cooks food per business needs and Manager instructions
• Ensures food products meet SOM specifications and holding times
• Maintains a clean work area and follows sanitation and safety guidelines
• Verifies stock and supplies at batter area
• Maintains organization of the cooler
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager in Charge of Shift
