Brothers Sports Bar & Grille is seeking a FULL TIME EXPERIENCED LINE COOK to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing dishes, maintaining high quality, and ensuring excellent service with our local clientele.

This role requires strong line cook experience, Saturday availability, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork in a busy, small-town restaurant setting with a big menu and great vibes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years minimum kitchen experience.
• Strong knowledge of frying, grilling, sautéing, and cold prep.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and coordinate with servers to ensure quality and delivery.
• Perform prep work and portion control for menu items.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.
• Comply with ServSafe and health code regulations.
• Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications.
• Assist servers to expedite food efficiently.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
