Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is seeking a motivated fry cook for our hotel kitchen. This part-time, hourly role involves food preparation, station management, and delivering consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hotel kitchen experience or a culinary degree, with two years of line-cook work preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to thrive here and support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A fry cook should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Two years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Able to work AM & PM shifts and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training.
• Prepare for station and maintain quality and consistency in dishes.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and kitchen cleanliness as needed.

Summary

Our hotel is a 1230 room property s teps from azure, blue waters and soft sands of Waikiki Beach, Hyatt Regency Waikiki is directly across from the world-famous Duke Kahanamoku Statue, near Diamond Head Crater and centrally located in a dynamic city center . Enjoy personalized services with the spirit of Aloha, modern amenities, cultural activities, swimming pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean, locally sourced dining specialties and on-site boutiques.

A fry cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired fry cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and or a culinary degree. A fry cook should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Fry cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

The hourly pay range is $29.51 - $36.89 per hour.
