Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa in Honolulu is seeking a part-time Fry Cook to join our culinary team. You will operate a single kitchen station and prepare dishes with attention to quality, speed, and consistency.

Ideal candidates have hotel kitchen experience or a culinary degree, and can work AM and PM shifts. The position offers competitive hourly pay in USD and access to Hyatt benefits in a world-class beachfront property.

A fry cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired fry cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and or a culinary degree. A fry cook should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Fry cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

The hourly pay range is $29.51 – $36.89 per hour.

Qualifications

• Able to work AM & PM shifts
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Candidate should be comfortable with prepping for station
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
