Physical tasks include lifting and standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be at least 18 years old and able to perform heavy lifting and frequent movements associated with kitchen work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the batter table, collects all necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix.
• Prepares and cooks all food products as dictated by the needs of the business and at the direction of the Manager in Charge.
• Ensures that all food product meets the specifications, procedures and quality standards at stated in the SOM.
• Maintains a clean work area by practicing “clean-as-you-go” procedures and sanitation standards.
