You will set up the batter table, balance fryers, monitor holding times, and assist with daily prep. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to prep and cook food per standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up batter table, collect smallwares, and prepare batter mix.
• Ensure call sheets are complete and posted.
• Report equipment malfunctions to Manager in Charge.
• Balance shortening in fryers and maintain proper levels.
• Filter and clean fryers following safety guidelines.
• Prepare and cook food as directed by the Manager in Charge.
• Ensure food meets specifications and holding times per SOM.
