Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a kitchen professional to cook all fry and baking items to menu expectations and standards. You will complete or assist with sauté/window and grill duties as applicable, ensuring timing and consistency through clear communication with team members.

The role emphasizes presenting food in the window for front-of-house delivery while maintaining the highest standards, stock and rotate the line, and perform daily and weekly cleaning per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Cook all fry and baking items to menu expectations and standards.
• Complete or assist with sauté/window and grill duties as applicable.
• Ensure proper timing and consistency by communicating with sauté/window and grill as applicable.
• Present food in window for FOH delivery, maintaining the highest standards and consistency at all times.
• Stock/re-stock line using proper rotating and labeling procedures.
• Check fryers and filter or change if necessary.
• Filter both fryers daily; change oil in fryers based on posted fryer schedule.
• Pull hoods to go through dish once weekly; pull half one day, half the next day.
• Complete remaining daily/weekly cleaning maintenance; reference cleaning and maintenance schedule if needed.
