Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Cook for dinner service. The role focuses on quality, taste, and freshness of buffet offerings with emphasis on speed, cleanliness, and adherence to product specs.

Responsibilities include hot item prep, grilling, FIFO rotation, inventory checks, and ensuring food safety. Must maintain equipment and provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic culinary training or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must be available between 3pm-10pm.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot menu items and display cooking.
• Grill items to specification and ensure quality.
• Maintain proper temperatures for food safety.
• Stock and set up stations for smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow FIFO for rotating products and inventory checks.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of cooking areas and tools.
• Adhere to health department regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.
