Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation:
   • Prepare and cook a variety of fried chicken products according to KFC's standardized recipes.
   • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in the cooking process.
2. Operational Excellence:
   • Follow established cooking procedures to meet KFC's quality and safety standards.
   • Monitor and manage fryer temperatures and cooking times to achieve optimal results.
   • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timing of food production.
3. Food Safety and Sanitation:
   • Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations.
   • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including regular cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
   • Follow proper handwashing and hygiene practices to ensure food safety.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with kitchen team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
   • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
5. Customer Service:
   • Contribute to creating a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality, delicious fried chicken products.
   • Assist in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment.
