Job summary

Moonlight Companies is hiring for a sanitation-focused position in California. You will ensure cleanliness of all equipment and production areas, following SSOP and GMP guidelines.

The role supports a fast-paced fruit processing facility and requires adherence to safety protocols and proper chemical handling. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, equipment disassembly/reassembly for sanitation, and reporting any safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 20–75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation of all equipment in the facility per SSOP procedures
• Follow master cleaning schedule under Food Safety Manager guidance
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for cleaning as required
• Clean production areas, warehouses, and fruit processing surfaces
• Operate equipment and handle chemicals safely with proper storage
• Report violations or injuries to supervisor immediately
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with company policies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or plant manager
