This dedicated sanitation role does not involve production work, but is essential to keep our facilities ready for the next day's operations and uphold food safety standards. You will disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning, follow SOPs, safely handle sanitation chemicals, wear PPE, and report any maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• Sanitation or food safety experience preferred
• Able to read/write basic English
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and processing areas.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning.
• Follow sanitation procedures and standard operating practices.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety standards.
• Safely handle sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Wear and properly use all required PPE.
• Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support food safety initiatives throughout the facility.
• Perform additional sanitation duties as assigned.
