AFC Franchise Corp. is seeking a Fruit Cutter Specialist for temporary full-time assignments across Freshly Go store locations in the United States. The role focuses on preparing fresh cut fruit for retail while upholding safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.

Training includes a 1-week orientation. Assignment-based work hours may vary with business needs. The position emphasizes safe knife use, accurate portioning, and maintaining quality through fast, precise fruit prep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to safely use knives and prep tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Wash, peel, cut, slice, and package fresh fruit according to recipes and portions.
• Ensure products meet freshness, quality, and appearance standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (handwashing, gloves, temperature control).
• Label, date, and rotate product using standard procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area and equipment.
• Safely operate knives and food prep equipment.
• Stock and organize stations for an appealing display.
• Prepare fruit/vegetables to have ready to sell and sample daily.
