Job summary

Stemilt Growers is hiring for fruit packing and repacking positions at Repack – NDC. The day shift runs 5:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with hours potentially varying by production.

This is a full-time, temporary role with an end-to-end focus on packing, repacking, placing trays into boxes, and setting machine speeds. Qualifications include knowledge of Washington State Grade Standards, readiness to work weekends, prior experience, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified individual must know Washington State Grade Standards and knowledge of fruit varieties.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Prior experience required.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to work close and get along with co-workers.
• Good communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Packing and repacking fruit.
