Job summary

Stemilt Growers is seeking a Line Worker for day shifts at Pear line – Old Station. You will sort fruit by grade, color, and size, then turn and reposition fruit onto trays, bag, weigh and box produce. This is a full-time, year-round opening with a 5:00 am start and Monday–Friday schedule; may vary with production.

Candidates should be able to lift 75 lbs, stand for 8+ hours, and maintain attention to detail with good communication. World Famous benefits are included as part of employment.

• Must know grades and varieties.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and push 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet 8 plus hours.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort fruit by grade, color and size.
• Turn and reposition fruit onto trays/clam shells.
• Bag, weigh and box fruit.
• Other duties may be assigned.
